Our Customer Support Centre will be closed from 27 Apr (Sat) to 6 May (Mon) 2024. During this period, customer support will be open 24 hours a day, but enquiries other than for severe faults that have a significant impact will be handled by customer support in sequence from Tuesday 7 May 2024 onwards.
*Severe failures will be handled 24 hours a day, even during the holiday period.
