What Is Home-Care-Medi-EYE?
Home-Care-Medi-EYE is an simulated electronic health record(EHR)specialized for area of home health care education.

Real Time
Gather information from educational EHR. Selects necessary information from a vast amount of information and makes clinical judgments and inferences. Reproduce realistic time lapse by setting the date of hospitalization lapse date.

Accessible
Educational EHR is available in-browser, with no additional software required, an up-to-date medical records system.

Comprehensive
Fictitious user charts created by home-careexperts as supervisors. It has a volume of information close to that of clinical practice, and can be used inhome-careexercises, and practical training. Simulated cases are added as needed.

Flexible
Preset simulated cases can be modified and added independently for each account. A dedicated Excel sheet can be downloaded, edited and imported into Home-Care-Medi-EYE. New user data can be created and added. It is also up to you to set up study assignments.
Intended for use in Home Care theory exercises.

Membership registration is limited to those related to health and welfare education institutions. Upon registration, you will be prompted to select a service plan. Password changes can be managed within your account, using the ID issued after registration.

Institutional Eligibility
Application by Institutional-users is available by selecting 'Corporation' during the registration process.
One year of service begins on the day of account activation.
Administrator accounts may be shared within the registering organization. Student accounts may be issued at no additional charge.
※As of April 2021, in accordance with the mandatory display of total consumption tax, the price displayed on the Medi-LX site has been updated from prices excluding tax to prices including tax.

4. Please select your preferred pack and payment method from the information on this registration.
※We will confirm your application pack for both new subscriptions, renewals, and plan changes.
※Once your application is confirmed and registered, you will be able to use the service for one year.
※One month prior to the account expiration date, you will receive an email notifying you of your account renewal.
