    Beware of suspicious emails or text messages claiming to be phishing or Medi-LX.

Please be aware that there have been cases of suspicious e-mails being sent to our users, impersonating our company.
If you receive an email asking for your registered email address, phone number, password, or payment method for each Medi-LX service, there is a good chance that it is not from Medi-LX.
Below are some tips to help you identify and respond to suspicious emails and text messages and keep your accounts safe.

1. How to determine if an email or text message is really from Medi-LX
Medi-LX will never ask you to provide personal information in an email or text message. Personal information includes
 Credit card number
 Bank account details
 ∙ Passwords for each Medi-LX service
We do not retain your credit card information to reduce the risk of information leakage.
We outsource our credit card information to SB Payment Service, whose security management system meets international standards.
To protect your credit card information, we do not ask for your credit card number or other information by e-mail. https://www.sbpayment.jp/
If you see an unfamiliar URL link in the text or email, please do not tap or click on the link. If you have already clicked on the link, do not enter any information into the website you opened.

2. What should I do if I receive a suspicious email or text message?
Do not click on any links or open any attachments. Delete the email.
Never give your information to scammers unless you give it to them yourself. Never click on or reply to any links in the message.

3.What should I do if I click on a link or give out personal information?
Change the password you use for each Medi-LX service to one that is difficult to guess.
Update your password on all other websites and apps that use the same email address/password combination as the one you use for each Medi-LX service.

To keep your account secure, we recommend that you do not use the same email address and password combination for all other websites and apps.
If you have entered any payment information, please contact your financial institution or credit card company as it may have been used fraudulently.

4. What is the best way to keep my information secure?
∙ Always be alert when you receive an email or text message asking for personal information.
If you are unable to make a decision, do not click on the link and go directly to the Medi-LX individual service's website.
